Facilities

In order to purchase the land/building for residential purpose, construct or renovate the residential building, this loan can be facilitated for the capital requirement of such purpose upto 1.5 Crores.

  • Passport size photographs of Applicant
  • Applicant’s Citizenship certificate
  • Certified income source
  • Photographs and Citizenship certificate of Guarantors
  • Purchase agreement/deed ( In case of purchase of land/building)
  • Land ownership certificate (Lal Purja) with ownership type
  • Blue Print
  • Malpot Receipt
  • Four Boundary Certified(Char Killa)
  • House Construction Approval (Map)
  • Building Construction Permission Letter from competent authority (If applicable)

Fee Charges

  • Administrative Charge – 1 %
  • CIC Charge – Rs. 250 per inquiry (For No Transaction Report)
  • Rs. 550 per inquiry (For Transaction Report)
